As the project coordinator, together with our cooperation partners GED and BeFUN, we have developed an Erasmus+ project. Our project, "Global Citizens," has the primary goal of helping disadvantaged women, especially migrant women in Germany and Turkey (as well as at the EU level), develop their Global Competencies (GC). These are defined as: a multidimensional construct that requires a combination of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values that can be successfully applied to global challenges or intercultural situations.
